Our service

This is not a loan. We simply pay you a lump sum amount of your future rent upfront in exchange for you giving us the right to collect a fixed amount of rent from your property - the lump sum we paid you upfront plus our flat fee.

Once we receive this fixed amount, our agreement will end.

What about tax?

We have done all the leg work to make sure there are no real changes or surprises and to keep things simple for your accountant. At the end of each financial year, we will provide you with a statement showing the rent collected by FutureRent and your indicative accrued rent for the financial year.
